We are on Erna, twelve centuries after the landing of a spaceship from faraway Earth. The native planet’s memory and its technology have virtually vanished. Men have partially gained control of their new territory, dominated by the Fae, a wild and primitive force able to create in human minds either the most beautiful dreams or the worst nightmares.
Adepts and Sorcerers have learned to wield the fae at their own risk and benefit, among demons, ghosts, apparitions and magical duels. It’s magic against magic, with seals everywhere protecting from the dark forces unleashed by the fae, especially at nightfall when human control becomes more fragile.

Over the centuries, man learnt to ask himself a number of questions that sometimes remained unanswered. Sometimes his quest for truth produced positive results, but other times the results were unclear: Some of them can be quite rightly defined MYSTERIES. I am now going to tell you about one of those mysteries, in which armed forces, simple citizens and pleasing authorities played a starring role. We all heard about this phenomenon at least once in our lives: the UFO (Unidentified Flying Objects).

In someone’s opinion, the poor result is due to Jeremy Irons’ presence, another unlucky choice of his latest cinematographic productions.

Someone else asserts John Malkhovich himself, after filming the few scenes in which he appears, got away, taking distance from the movie.

Bad words, maybe. At the box offices, the movie seems to have registered such a big success to make a sequel probable andeven an animated series. Those who have seen the film at the movies or at home seem discordant, especially if we consider the opinion of people who have also read the book from which the movie is taken.
